You have 72 hours in which you can cancel your order with a full refund.
After 72 hours, the build process takes place and the wood shops will expect payment in full from us, therefore, after 72 hours, should you decide to cancel or return your purchase, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase you may return it. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges, which includes the original shipping of your purchase to you and for shipping the furniture back to us.
